Penfold’s Grange has dominated and led fine wine production in Australia for decades, shaping international perception of our winemaking style and acquiring unmatched status. Yet, some argue that Henschke’s Hill of Grace is a more subtle wine, representative of it’s family-led winemaking direction and single vineyard fruit, and hence superior.
At this passionate dinner you will be exposed to 5 outstanding vintages of each wine, and encouraged to take a stand for what you judge to be the superior wine. Matched with classic wine-friendly food by Executive Chef Justin Wise, over 5 courses you will indulge in the equivalent of a bottle of wine from the 10 best examples of the South Australian style.
