Over the course of 2014, head sommelier Jane Semple, will host a series of intimate dinners with notable winemakers to discuss eminent regions and varietals close to our heart.
On Wednesday 2nd April the first of these dinners will present Nebbiolo, and the opportunity to open some treasured bottles from producers such as Gaja, Sandrone and Aldo Conterno. We are delighted to welcome Dave Fletcher of Fletcher Wines, maker of solely Nebbiolo form vineyards in both Australia and Piedmonte, to lead the discussion.
